Educational measures can save lives and reduce serious complications of COVID 19. The dissemination of quality information, based on scientific evidence, faces challenges in translating international recommendations into Portuguese.A group of researchers, physicians, computer science professionals and academics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais developed an application for wide dissemination of information about COVID 19, focusing on Portuguese-speaking users. The extension project was approved by the University and registered under number SIEX 403725.The amount of information about virus transmission, risk factors for the severe form of the disease and preventive approaches is enormous, and updates are continually presented. An application is capable of providing sequential versions, keeping its users well-informed and aligned with the best recommendations of international organizations, such as the World Health Organization. different stage and sanitary measures are taken by governments as per local need and available resources. The information in this app is generic and useful for any scenarios, but should not overlap or be superseded by local health authority guidelines.In line with the strategy of digital health and learning based on everyday problems, the serious game format offers players the opportunity to learn more and appropriate essential knowledge for the prevention of infection by the new coronavirus.
